The initial approval of the PDUM has led to the suspension of the processing of specific derived urban development plans and urban management and development projects, as well as the suspension of the granting of licences for the subdivision of land, building, reform, rehabilitation or demolition of constructions, installations or extension of activities or specific uses in the areas delimited, and for a period of two years. The instruments and concessions of licences that are compatible with the determinations of the new initially approved planning are not suspended.
