In the DOGC of today January 18, 2019, the agreement of the Territorial Commission of Urbanism of Girona is published, therefore already applicable, which suspends for a period of one year, the granting of new construction licenses, in those undeveloped soils that are less than 500 meters from the coastline.

The intention of this is to stop new constructions that may contradict the future urban master plan for the revision of unsustainable soils that is being worked on.

The reform, rehabilitation and expansion works of existing buildings are not affected.
