In order to preserve the unique nature of the Gracia neighbourhoods in Barcelona, with a surface area of approximately 190 hectares, this amendment has been approved, which contains a new regulation of the planning conditions for buildings and their uses, as well as other urban planning determinations. Many measures are aimed at achieving an increase in subsidised housing, when new construction is to be carried out in existing multi-family buildings, and in the conversion of ground floor premises into dwellings, among other measures.
